WavyMC Server Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing this server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the server or use any of our services.
2. Affiliation
   This server is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft, the developers and publishers of Minecraft.
3. Suitability
   This server is suitable for players of all ages. However, all players are expected to behave in a manner that is appropriate for an all-ages community.
4. Rules of Conduct
   • No griefing: Players must not destroy, deface, or steal other players' buildings or items.
   • Respectful behavior: Players must not use language, content, or conduct that is offensive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
   • No cheating: The use of mods, hacks, or any other software or action to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
5. Account Responsibility
   You are responsible for all activity on your account, and for keeping your account password secure.
6. Modifications to the Service
   We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
7. EULA
   All players are required to check back to the EULA on their own accord. Players will not be updated of any changes to the EULA.
8. Termination
   We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

   These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
